Oversee the enterprise Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) program for 112+ PB of data.
Direct the expansion of Varonis coverage to additional SaaS platforms and cloud environments.
Provide strategic direction for full lifecycle data protection controls across various channels.
Own the development and continuous tuning of DLP policies using multiple security tools.
Establish a unified insider risk program integrating Human Resources, Legal, and Security capabilities.
What we're looking for
15+ years of progressive experience in information security or data protection.
5+ years in a leadership role managing a recognized security or data protection function.
Hands-on experience with enterprise DSPM and DLP platforms in multi-cloud environments.
Experience auditing AI/ML systems, including model training data governance and access controls.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech data integrity requirements and clinical trial data protection.
Relevant certifications: CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CDPSE, CIPM, or equivalent.
