What we're looking for

  • Over 18 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, and operations with 10+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, data center networking, campus edge, network security, and cloud connectivity.
  • Proven track record of transforming large-scale network operations to modern SRE and agentic AI approaches.
  • Strong command of network security architecture including NGFW, NAC, segmentation, IPsec VPN, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams with hiring, mentoring, and succession planning experience.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills translating technical priorities into business language for senior leadership.
