What you'll do

  • Define and enforce semantic modeling standards to ensure scalability and usability across BI solutions.
  • Implement strong engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation for production BI assets.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience developing production-grade BI and analytics solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Power BI, including semantic modeling, dashboard development, DAX, and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience transforming large, complex datasets into trusted analytical models.
  • Experience integrating data science outputs such as forecasts, predictions, or statistical measures into BI solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern data and analytics workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong engineering discipline, including documentation, testing, governance, and support of production solutions.
