  • Deep knowledge of ML algorithms including gradient-boosted trees, deep learning, and optimization.
  • Experience designing and running high-velocity experiments at scale.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ML concepts across various stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and passionate about delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
