Senior Data Scientist, AI, Healthcare & Lifesciences

What you'll do

• Design and develop AI/GenAI models tailored for Healthcare and Life Sciences applications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for patient outcomes and treatment optimization.
• Develop predictive models for clinical decision support and validate their accuracy and reliability.
• Implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomously performing tasks in healthcare processes.
• Document methodologies, results, and model pipelines for reproducibility and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in AI/GenAI model development for Healthcare and Life Sciences.
• Strong programming skills in Python/R with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience working with healthcare data such as EHRs, genomic data, and clinical trials.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to both experts and non-experts.
