As a Senior Data Management Technical Analyst at the Wealth Research & Development team, you will lead the design and delivery of data-centric solutions that support analytics, AI/ML, and digital wealth use cases. Your day-to-day responsibilities include translating complex business needs into robust data models and analytical outputs, ensuring high data quality and security. You will work closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to develop data pipelines, analytics workflows, and integrations, while also evaluating and recommending technologies for data ingestion, governance, and observability. The role requires expertise in Python, relational data modeling, cloud deployment, and databases, as well as experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment. You will contribute to data standards and knowledge-sharing across the Wealth R&D organization, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives that scale to enterprise-grade solutions.
Lead the design and delivery of data-centric solutions for analytics, AI/ML, and digital wealth use cases.
Translate business questions into data requirements, models, and analytical outputs in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Analyze and transform structured and semi-structured data to ensure high quality, reliability, and usability.
Define and document data models and metrics used across dashboards, prototypes, and production systems.
Develop analytics, dashboards, and exploratory analysis to surface insights and evaluate solution performance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Expert proficiency in relational data modeling and managing various types of enterprise data.
Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and backend development.
Experience building and maintaining complex data pipelines and analytics workflows.
Hands-on deployment and operation of applications in major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Understanding of databases and data access technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
Experience working with personal and confidential data in a regulated financial services environment.
