Senior Data Center Technician - Night Shift

What you'll do

• Demonstrates expertise in preparing, installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning IT datacenter equipment.
• Provides guidance on standard processes and procedures for network and server equipment to other technicians.
• Completes assigned tickets efficiently and assists less experienced technicians with complex tasks.
• Conducts daily safety briefings and ensures compliance with EHS training and PPE usage.
• Mentors and supports the training of other technicians through on-the-job training and direct guidance.
• Applies advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting expertise to quickly resolve technical issues with minimal disruption.
