What you'll do

- Track project schedule, milestones, risks, and dependencies related to MEP activities.
- Review installation quality, progress, documentation, issue resolution, and punch-list closure.
- Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure system readiness and compliance.
- Identify and escalate risks, design conflicts, and constructability issues.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction project delivery.
- Direct experience supporting MEP construction on data center projects.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems such as power distribution, cooling, and fire protection.
- Prior experience working on hyperscale data center projects required.
- Strong understanding of construction project execution, QA/QC processes, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work approximately 85% on-site in Abilene/Shackelford, Texas area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
