What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of database engineering experience with at least 3 years in AWS cloud database operations.
  • Deep expertise in RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and Aurora DSQL for parameter tuning, HA topology, failover, and replication.
  • Solid Oracle DBA skills including administration, fleet patching, OEM management, ASM operations, AWR/statspack analysis, and performance diagnostics.
  • Operational depth with MSSQL Server: HA/AG, T-SQL, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and P1 incident ownership.
  • Proven ability to establish cloud database standards and best practices in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience enabling a team through technology transitions via training, runbooks, workshops, or hands-on mentorship.
