What you'll do

Conduct periodic compliance scanning and vulnerability assessments for cloud-based systems.
Implement and manage security controls for containerized applications in the cloud.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for STIG compliance validation.
Support cybersecurity officials in preparing accreditation packages like ATOs and CRs.
Stay current with emerging cloud security threats and best practices.
Ensure integration of security measures into CI/CD pipelines and engineering tools.

What we're looking for

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field plus 12-15 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 10-13 years of experience
DoD 8570.01-M IAT or IAM Level II certification such as CCNA Security, CySA+, Security+ CE, CISSP (or Associate)
Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages like Bash, Python, Perl
Experience securing cloud-based enterprise services, preferably AWS, and implementing security controls for software applications and infrastructure
Proficiency in RMF processes including authorization and continuous monitoring, and familiarity with NIST SP 800-37, SP 800-53 Rev4 or Rev5, CNSSI 1253
