Senior Business Intelligence and Governance Architect

What you'll do

• Define and enforce HR data governance policies and standards.
• Monitor and improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of HR data.
• Implement and manage data-validation rules and KPI tracking systems.
• Review AI/ML models for compliance with privacy and fairness criteria.
• Train HR stakeholders on data management best practices and model usage.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in HR operations, systems, analytics, or data governance.
• 5+ years of expertise with SQL and graph databases.
• Proficient in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with AI/ML model governance and review responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret model fairness metrics.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving techniques such as de-identification and synthetic data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Management, Data Science, or related field.
