What you'll do

Lead and own oversight of process improvement work for smaller initiatives.

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior leadership.
Experience in Compliance or Risk Management preferred.
Knowledge of application support, customer service, and commercial lending systems.
