This role offers the chance to influence governance processes and develop user content for improved self-help capabilities within a dynamic financial services environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead and own oversight of process improvement work for smaller initiatives.
  • Collect data and use analytics to provide transparency to partners and leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and diagrams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to partner with project customers effectively.
  • Influence governance processes and establish best practices for internal operations.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior leadership.
  • Experience in Compliance or Risk Management preferred.
  • Knowledge of application support, customer service, and commercial lending systems.
