What you'll do

  • Design and build complex email and journey-based campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Translate marketing strategies into technical workflows for scalable campaign execution.
  • Ensure accurate data structures, feeds, and integrations for effective audience segmentation.
  • Use SQL to pull target audiences and troubleshoot issues for error-free campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze post-launch performance of marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation or campaign execution.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in SFMC with HTML and AMPscript.
  • Proficient in using SQL to query databases, build data extensions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles from brief to launch.
  • Ability to partner with Data and Operations teams on technical integrations and audience segmentation.
