What you'll do

  • Design and build complex email and journey-based campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Ensure data structures and integrations are correctly set up to support campaign logic and audience segmentation.
  • Use SQL to extract target audiences and troubleshoot issues for error-free campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze post-launch campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation or campaign execution.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience building complex workflows in SFMC with HTML and AMP script.
  • Proficient in using SQL to query databases, build data extensions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into scalable campaign execution within SFMC.
