The ideal candidate will have experience in DevSecOps, MLOps, and AgentOps Lifecycle, along with a strong understanding of the end-to-end model development lifecycle from ideation through post-production. Familiarity with GCP, AWS, Python Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn is preferred, as well as experience in Agile methodologies to deliver critical milestones for cloud-based model deployment.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain a roadmap for enhancing AI and ML ecosystem.
  • Build strategy for Agentic AI & ML to promote best practices in the enterprise.
  • Identify new data sources and analytical techniques to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Own design, development, and maintenance of Model as Service on AWS cloud.
  • Adopt and promote AI Platform best practices within Data Science community.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience leading software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps, MLOps, AgentOps Lifecycle, and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in the full model development lifecycle from ideation to post-production.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Knowledge of data science model development process (CRISP-DM) and IT SDLC.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Basic understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, H2O.
