You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues, develop statistical models for demand prediction, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. Key skills required are 4+ years of technical procurement experience in manufacturing, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Blue Yonder or other Supply Chain Planning tools, big data analysis techniques, and experience with data reporting applications like Tableau.

What you'll do

Own planning and on-time delivery of raw materials to internal assembly lines and finished goods to customers.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans for assigned product lines.
Manage day-to-day ordering, resolve supply issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Generate data reports to monitor Demand Planning KPIs and identify key levers for improvement.
Issue purchase orders for production and R&D initiatives, manage supplier relationships effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost savings, quality, and on-time delivery.

What we're looking for

4+ years of technical procurement experience in manufacturing
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams
Prior knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Understanding of product BOM for quick decision-making
Secret security clearance required
