- Experience supporting AI-enabled systems, automated workflows, or AIOps capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues involving integrated systems.
- Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring frameworks, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Experience improving reliability, scalability, and operational readiness of software platforms.
