What you'll do

What we're looking for

Master's degree in relevant field with 6+ years or Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience.
Experience building large-scale machine learning systems for search, ads, or recommendations.
Strong background in Machine Learning, LLMs, and NLP research.
Ability to solve complex problems not yet addressed by the industry.
Presenting at conferences as an invited speaker in research/industry community.
