As a Senior Data Scientist on our dynamic team, you will build, validate, deploy, and maintain advanced models for Pricing Optimization, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment. Your day-to-day involves designing sophisticated experimental frameworks using methodologies like synthetic controls and randomized controlled experiments to measure causal impacts rigorously. You’ll develop end-to-end simulation pipelines to mimic business phenomena accurately and create data validation and visualization dashboards for model adoption. Collaborating closely with Inventory Management, Product Development, and Strategy teams, you will set up roadmaps and drive analytics recommendations. Key skills include expertise in Bayesian Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Time Series Modeling, and hands-on experience in areas like Inventory Optimization or Promo & Markdown Optimization. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau, and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is essential for this role.
