Senior AI/ML Scientist

What you'll do

• Lead integration of AI/ML into core engineering tools for robust, interpretable outputs.
• Translate complex engineering needs into actionable AI/ML solutions, balancing innovation with stability.
• Develop custom feature extraction methods for predictive modeling in optimizations.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques to uncover patterns in large-scale data sets.
• Collaborate with experts to incorporate physical interpretations of insights from simulations.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning or deep learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and major ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers.
• Strong understanding of data science, big-data workflows, applied statistics, and signal processing techniques.
• Experience with transformer architectures, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and simulation workflows.
• Expertise in retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, embedding optimization, and MLOps practices.
