What you'll do

Design and implement scalable agentic AI frameworks for critical business use cases.
Develop full-stack applications integrating LLM-driven workflows and AI coding tools.
Drive iterative delivery of MVPs with continuous experimentation and improvement.
Define metrics and feedback loops to continuously optimize AI system performance.
Research and integrate advances in agent-based, autonomous, and generative AI technologies.
Ensure AI solutions align with banking and financial services requirements and constraints.

What we're looking for

6+ years of progressive software engineering experience with a strong hands-on coding background.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with core AI concepts, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
Proficiency in Python or Java (Spring Boot) and full-stack development skills; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is beneficial.
Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures for AI systems.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for deploying scalable agentic AI solutions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in a banking context.
