Senior AI Application Engineer, Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and implement highly scalable data processing pipelines for AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to production environments on AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on architecture of lighthouse ML and LLM-powered business solutions.
• Experiment with high-quality machine learning models to achieve significant technology impact.
• Collaborate on the fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) for business problem-solving.

What we're looking for

• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning with at least 7 years of development experience, including 4 years in AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep knowledge in Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, and Statistics.
• Experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) to solve business problems, including full workflow toolset such as tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions with modern architecture, scalability, and security focus.
• Knowledge of data management, real-time data processing on SQL and NoSQL stores, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven leadership in AI/ML idea generation and excellent communication skills for senior technical and business partners.
