What you'll do

  • Interpret and implement security guidance for personnel and industrial security.
  • Manage all aspects of COMSEC accounts and keying material in compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and monitor manufacturing security protocols to protect hardware production environments.
  • Ensure end-to-end production security, including supply chain and scrap management.
  • Partner with engineering teams to safeguard finished defense systems before deployment.
  • Investigate security infractions and prepare required reports for government counterparts.

What we're looking for

  • Deep understanding and implementation of DoD and service-specific security regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in COMSEC account management and cryptographic fill devices.
  • Proven ability to safeguard physical hardware and advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain risk management and secure handling procedures.
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Currently holds an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Completed NSA-approved COMSEC Custodian training (e.g., KMI Course).
