Security Software Engineer II, Security Operations

What you'll do

• Build and maintain security tooling and automations to support Security Operations.
• Write high-quality production-ready code and infrastructure-as-code with clear documentation.
• Improve access controls, cloud guardrails, and service hardening for secure workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, enhance runbooks, and ensure system reliability.
• Use AI to speed up engineering tasks like prototyping and document generation.
• Summarize operational signals using AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Experience building and operating production services in cloud environments like AWS.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform for managing cloud resources.
• Strong background in writing high-quality, reliable code with thorough documentation.
• Expertise in operational security, including access management and cloud security practices.
• Ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, communicating effectively.
• Demonstrated use of AI to enhance engineering efficiency while ensuring output quality.
