Senior Security Analyst, Infrastructure Security

What you'll do

• Define, guide engineering, and validate implementation of technology agnostic security control standards.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of security requirements and audit recommendations for new solutions.
• Educate stakeholders on appropriate security design and technical configuration throughout IT platform lifecycles.
• Develop implementation plans for new security-related products, platforms, and services with IT project teams.
• Monitor compliance and assess audit recommendation results to ensure high-quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years or advanced degree plus 4 years in relevant security roles.
• CISSP or CISM certification required; additional preferred certifications include CCSP, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, and others.
• Extensive experience with Azure services, Microsoft 365 security controls, and other key components of the Microsoft security ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience securing infrastructure, applications, databases, and networks using various technologies and tools.
• Proven track record in delivering technical security assurance and engineering solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills for strategic thinking and tactical implementation, with excellent communication abilities.
