What you'll do

Coach Product Owners/BAs and tech leaders on backlog readiness, prioritization, slicing, and clarity.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience.
Proficiency in VersionOne/Agility or comparable project management tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent development teams effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-team coordination.
Capability to coach Product Owners, BAs, and tech leaders on prioritization.
Experience with SDLC practices and Agile best practices implementation.
