As a SailPoint Engineer at Booz Allen, you will join a dynamic team focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the Zero Trust framework. Your primary responsibilities include implementing identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning and de-provisioning, developing workflows for employee transitions, and automating identity tasks using Java to customize IIQ workflows and rules. You will also integrate SailPoint IIQ with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Azure, ensuring seamless LDAP and Active Directory integration. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and analysts while staying updated on emerging IAM technologies and protocols such as NIST 800-63. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in additional IAM platforms like Microsoft Azure AD and CyberArk.
Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors using Java.
Implement identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification.
Integrate SailPoint IIQ with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Azure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts in IAM projects.
Automate identity tasks for joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios within the organization.
What we're looking for
Experience with Identity Governance platforms like SailPoint, including identity lifecycle management.
Expertise in implementing and automating identity lifecycle processes and workflows.
Proficiency in Java for customizing IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
Integration experience with systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Azure.
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD integration with identity systems.
TS/SCI clearance required.
