Enterprise Risk (Frameworks) Associate

What you'll do

• Support governance and maintenance of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Perform risk review and challenge of processes related to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Identify and govern focus risk residual areas, overseeing monitoring and implementation of remediation plans.
• Assist in developing high-quality materials for senior management and committee forums.
• Engage with stakeholders across divisions to enhance consistency in risk management processes.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of experience in risk management at a large financial services firm.
• Development and implementation of enterprise risk management policies and procedures.
• Project management skills for developing risk management platforms and improving internal processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to perform review, challenge, and ensure consistency across risk management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint.
• Comfortable using artificial intelligence tools like Copilot for daily tasks.
