As a Research Intern on our cutting-edge AI team, you will focus on developing innovative training algorithms to enhance reasoning and action-taking efficiency in large language models. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience with deep learning and large language model training, along with a strong background in pre-training, post-training, or reinforcement learning methodologies. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow are essential. This role requires a master's or PhD candidate in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with a proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences.
