What we're looking for

  • 2+ years experience in release/change management or related roles.
  • Strong data analytics skills with ability to query and analyze data.
  • Experience coordinating testing and quality validation activities.
  • Advanced skills in metrics, reporting, and executive-level presentation creation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools for anomaly detection and automation.
  • Agile delivery mindset with experience using JIRA and JQL.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing and negotiation.
