Regional Threat Assessment Manager

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end threat case management for regional threats impacting employees and facilities.
• Lead structured behavioral threat assessments using accepted frameworks to evaluate risks and provide recommendations.
• Drive intelligence-led incident response by coordinating with security teams during active incidents.
• Produce decision-ready briefings and executive updates on threat posture and risk rationale.
• Strengthen regional program maturity by improving intake standards, playbooks, and training processes.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years experience in threat assessment and management or related security functions.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor and regional subject matter expert.
• Ability to conduct thorough threat investigations and create clear risk assessments.
• Proficiency with case management tools and improving processes for better outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and managing investigative referrals across jurisdictions.
