What you'll do

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for content understanding signals across all modalities.
• Lead the integration of ML signals to improve personalization and brand safety on Reddit's platform.
• Establish standardized definitions and success metrics for content quality and utility across different product surfaces.
• Develop high-quality training data strategies, including Human-in-the-Loop workflows and automated evaluation techniques.
• Monitor signal health, coverage, and accuracy, translating technical performance into measurable business impact.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience in ML, NLP, or platform products.
• Proven history of shipping high-impact products with measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle and proficiency in modern AI techniques.
• Ability to define strategic goals and success metrics aligning with organizational objectives.
• Strong communication skills for synthesizing technical complexity into clear product requirements.
