As an RDU Finance IT Business Partner at AstraZeneca, you will collaborate closely with the Rare Diseases Unit’s Finance organization and other senior finance partners to shape new projects and guide ongoing initiatives. What you'll do
Build strategic relationships with senior finance partners and IT teams.
Develop and maintain partner management plans, conducting collaborator analysis.

What we're looking for
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in IT project management and delivery
Strong understanding of Finance processes such as revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and cash flow forecasting
Experience with GenAI / Agentic AI within a Finance process tower
Proven ability to interpret technical information and communicate effectively with senior leaders
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse global teams in a matrix organization
Strong influencing skills and experience building cases for high-value IT investments
Bachelor's Degree or relevant business qualification; Master's degree preferred
