Resolve ambiguities related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance.
Ensure sustainable and predictable quality performance in complex manufacturing processes.
Develop strategies with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
7+ years of experience developing quality systems for low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environments.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of product quality engineers addressing production issues.
Expertise in design review methodologies including FMEA, APQP, MSA, GD&T, and PPAP elements.
Working knowledge of IPC standards, ESD/FOD prevention, and various manufacturing execution systems.
Experience with contract language review and building quality programs exceeding customer expectations.
