Propulsion Engineer (Raptor Test)

What you'll do

• Develop and execute tests for Raptor engines and components to evaluate performance and survivability.
• Own test campaigns, including planning, activation of new systems, operations, data review, and equipment design.
• Provide daily direction to technicians for fabricating and integrating test articles and stand equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot fluid and mechanical systems involving cryogenics, high-pressure gases, and rocket propellants.
• Analyze data to ensure hardware operates as expected using numerical analysis tools.
• Identify system pitfalls and collaborate with design engineers on improvements for test stands and flight hardware.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of hands-on testing experience, including internships and extra-curricular activities
