What we're looking for

2-5 years of experience in engineering program management or systems engineering.
Strong analytical skills and ability to think intuitively about problems using data models.
Familiarity with JIRA or other agile task tracking methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing manpower resources, including hiring and labor reporting.
Ability to work effectively with engineering teams across various technical levels.
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
