What you'll do

  • Coordinate RA teams' efforts for assigned C2BMC capabilities.
  • Manage EVM baselining, reporting status updates in JIRA.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities for assigned capabilities.
  • Organize weekly tag-ups and maintain Confluence pages with notes.
  • Track action items and resolve issues with assignees.
  • Support RA iteration planning meetings and collect development metrics.

What we're looking for

  • DoD Final SECRET Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
  • 3+ years of Earned Value Management/Cost Account Manager experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Confluence and JIRA for project management
  • Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing
  • Engineering Management experience as a Product Owner or Project Engineer
  • Ability to collect and collate metrics from various sources
