What you'll do

Develop and maintain program execution frameworks to ensure alignment across teams.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in deployment operations, defense programs, aerospace systems, logistics, or technical project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving hardware and software systems in high-stakes environments.
Experience working with domestic government entities, critical infrastructure operators, or regulated commercial customers.
Strong operational rigor and ability to build structured plans and execute against tight timelines.
Proven capability to drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority and exceptional communication skills.
Familiarity with FAA coordination, regulatory compliance, and operational integration within civilian airspace.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for program and deployment needs.
