What you'll do
Support development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance strategy and roadmap.
Stay current with global regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure product compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository for compliance-related documentation and training materials.
Prepare and present compliance reports and progress updates to stakeholders regularly.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in managing complex projects related to product regulatory compliance.
Deep expertise in supply chain due diligence and risk assessment/mitigation activities.
Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory requirements (REACH, RoHS, TSCA) and trade regulations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional teams towards compliance goals.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, Agile, MS Project).
Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred, ideally in Chemical or Engineering/Manufacturing.
