What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for autonomy deployments.
  • Develop and execute test strategies in simulation and real-world flight testing environments.
  • Facilitate technical discussions to evaluate engineering trade-offs and drive team consensus.
  • Manage capture programs by identifying opportunities and developing winning strategies.
  • Provide clear, data-driven status updates and risk assessments to executive leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of technical program management or engineering leadership in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with autonomous command and control (C2), collaborative autonomy, or AI/ML-driven decision-making.
  • Direct hands-on experience planning, executing, and analyzing flight tests for UAS platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and quality assurance specialists.
  • Facilitation of technical decisions and architectural discussions with deep technical fluency in vehicle systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to operations sites and test ranges.
