Your responsibilities include owning the roadmap, leading test strategies, facilitating technical decisions, unblocking engineering challenges, managing capture programs, and providing clear status updates to leadership. Ideal candidates have a background in aerospace or related fields, 4+ years of PM experience in autonomous systems, and hands-on flight test experience with UAS platforms. Strong autonomy expertise, including AI/ML-driven decision-making, is required, along with an active TS/SCI clearance.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for autonomy deployments.
  • Develop and execute test strategies in simulation and real-world flight testing environments.
  • Facilitate technical decisions by developing deep fluency in vehicle systems and architecture.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and manage risk to ensure engineers can focus on development.
  • Provide clear, data-driven status updates and risk assessments to executive leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of technical program management or engineering leadership in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with end-to-end scope, schedule, and budget control.
  • Experience leading test & evaluation strategies for autonomy software in simulation and real-world flight tests.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with expertise in vehicle systems and technical fluency.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
  • Direct hands-on experience planning, executing, and analyzing flight tests for UAS platforms (Group 3-5 preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
