What you'll do

Support development and execution of strategies to expand AIS global business.
Research and understand international defense and security needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Develop content for corporate reviews and key planning products related to AIS growth initiatives.
Manage the proposal process for AIS global opportunities.
Schedule and document customer and partner calls to support engagement efforts.
Support VIP visits and other high-level customer engagements at Anduril locations.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in defense or government contracting.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs across the product development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of contracting processes and financial management skills.
Ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes and ensure compliance with security clearances.
Experience in developing and executing communication strategies for high-visibility programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.
Substantive experience with intelligence analysis tradecraft and methodologies.
