What you'll do

  • Develop deployment playbooks and manage cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready C2 capabilities.
  • Serve as lead program representative during Army exercises, ensuring system performance and rapid issue resolution.
  • Translate warfighter feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Maintain deployment schedules and risk registers aligned with program milestones.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in deployment operations, C2 systems, CUAS programs, or defense technical operations.
  • Proven knowledge and depth in command and control architectures, networking, sensor-to-shooter integration, and counter-UAS technologies.
  • Strong project management skills including schedule development, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Leadership capability to drive execution and manage cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills for briefing military leadership and translating technical concepts into operational terms.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and travel up to 50% of the time, including OCONUS.
