What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IBCS-M deployments for U.S. and FMS customers.
  • Develop deployment playbooks and manage cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready C2 capabilities.
  • Oversee site activation, including software configuration, network integration, and system verification.
  • Serve as lead program representative during Army exercises, ensuring system performance and rapid issue resolution.
  • Translate warfighter feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in deployment operations, C2 systems, CUAS programs, or defense technical operations.
  • Proven knowledge of command and control architectures, networking, sensor-to-shooter integration, and fire control systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage concurrent work streams, and execute against tight timelines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to brief military leadership and translate technical concepts into operational terms.
  • Experience in project management including schedule development, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Technical depth in CUAS systems, including counter-UAS concepts, radar/EO-IR sensors, engagement operations, and air defense systems.
  • Capability to troubleshoot software integrations and translate user feedback into actionable technical requirements.
