What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end execution of advanced simulation programs according to contractual requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies for integrating software components into defense simulation environments.
  • Facilitate technical decisions by developing deep fluency in vehicle systems and evaluating engineering trade-offs.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk, and clear administrative hurdles for the engineering team.
  • Provide clear, data-driven status updates and risk assessments to internal leads and government stakeholders.
  • Manage capture programs by identifying opportunities, assessing viability, and supporting proposals.

What we're looking for

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • 4+ years of technical program management experience in aerospace or software development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate technical decisions.
  • Understanding of DoW acquisition processes, CDRLs, and contract management.
