As a Program Financial Analyst at Anduril's Autonomous Airpower team, you will manage the financial health of one or more contracts by developing forecasts, maintaining budget baselines, and executing earned value reporting. You'll work closely with program managers and engineering leads to ensure accurate financial planning and execution, using tools like Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and Anaplan. Key responsibilities include monthly EAC/ETC development, variance analysis, and preparing financial reviews while supporting proposal pricing and long-range planning. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in program finance or a related field, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts. Experience in the DoD/aerospace industry is preferred, along with hands-on knowledge of Deltek Cobra and Oracle tools.

What you'll do

  • Own contract-level financial management, including monthly EAC/ETC development and cost/schedule variance analysis.
  • Maintain the contract budget baseline in Deltek Cobra, ensuring accurate work package setup and BCWS phasing.
  • Build bottoms-up forecasts with Program Managers and Engineering Leads for labor hours, materials, subcontracts, and ODCs.
  • Prepare monthly program financial reviews, including profit margin surveillance and actuals-to-forecast variance explanation.
  • Track unit cost trends versus forecast, identifying drivers of cost changes to inform program and engineering leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
