What you'll do

Own program-level cost forecasting and EAC/ETC development for hardware programs.
Build and maintain bottoms-up cost models capturing material, labor, overhead, and subcontract elements.
Track actuals against baselines, identify variances, and drive root-cause analysis with teams.
Deliver monthly program financial reporting and present performance narratives to leadership.
Support the development of forecasting workflows in FP&A and ERP tools.

What we're looking for

3-7 years of experience in FP&A, program finance, or cost analysis in hardware manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong understanding of material, labor, and indirect costs through product lifecycle.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders.
Proficiency with financial systems and data tools; ERP platform experience preferred.
