What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating technical milestones.
  • Deep expertise in ECM architecture, signal processing, modeling/simulation, software/firmware techniques.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and manage large-scale programs effectively.
  • Experience with CUDA or GPU-accelerated frameworks like cuSignal (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (preferred).
