What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, or Consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field
Strong analytical skills to model complex production and supply chain data sets
Experience managing vendor relationships and mitigating material shortages
Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and drive cross-functional alignment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations
U.S. Person status with Top Secret security clearance required
