What you'll do

Own production planning and scheduling efforts, translating program milestones into actionable build plans.
Build demand forecasts connecting contract delivery schedules to procurement lead times and supplier commitments.
Manage vendor relationships and track critical-path components to mitigate material shortages or lead-time risks.
Lead cross-functional coordination cadence across Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Program Management.
Develop integrated production tracking tools providing real-time visibility into build status and delivery timelines.
Identify and resolve disconnects between program commitments and production/supply chain capacity before impacting delivery.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, or Consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field
Strong analytical skills to model complex production and supply chain data sets
Experience managing vendor relationships and mitigating material shortages or lead-time risks
Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and factory floor accountability
U.S. Person status with Top Secret security clearance required
